As a specialty bakery, we focus on a limited selection of handcrafted recipes, and ensuring the highest quality within that range. Creating a truly gluten-free environment in a kitchen that also handles wheat flour is incredibly complex and requires dedicated equipment and strict protocols. We want to be transparent with our customers: we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination at this time.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you'll still enjoy the treats we do offer!

To truly offer vegan options, we'd need to develop entirely separate recipes and processes to maintain the quality our customers expect.
